Little Samurai's

Our Little Samurai's class is suitable for children between the ages of 4 years old up to 8 years old.
This class promotes fitness and life skills to our youngest members. We prepare these future black belts for life in the junior class where the skill and discipline they have been taught allows them to join the main classes with confidence. We also carry out gradings for our Little Samurai's to help them with their progression and knowledge. They will learn some Japanese words and get a better understanding to again help them when they are promoted into our main class.

Doteki Karate Club

This is our main class from ages 8 to adult, from complete beginner to Black Belt level . In this class you will learn Khion (karate basics), kata and kumite (sparring). This is done in a safe and secure environment. You will also have the opportunity to compete nationally and internationally in competitions doing kata, kumite or both.

These classes are very popular with young and old alike. All classes have one common thread FUN, FITNESS and CONFIDENCE.

We encourage families to train and practice together, we believe that our club is a place where mums , dads and kids can benefit from exercising and building confidence together.
